Description
Responsible for ensuring stable, active and enthusiastic volunteers for all pack positions.  The Volunteer Coordinator is the advocate for the parents.

·  Primary jobs are DELEGATING and THANKING

·  Help in recruiting new volunteers.

·  Complete Cub Scout Leader Basic Training

·  See that dens are never without a leader and assistant.

·  Coordinate training and hands-on guidance for new den leaders.

·  See that leaders are recognized.

·  Give continuing support and help to volunteers - encouragement, direction, training, and new ideas.

·  Serve as the communications link between the Cubmaster and volunteers.
