Description

The Blue & Gold Banquet is the annual anniversary or "birthday party" for the Boy Scouting program. It also serves as an annual volunteer recognition event and the graduation ceremony for the outgoing 2nd year Webelos who move up into Boy Scouts.

• January thru February time frame.

• Secure location and catering several months before the event.

• This event is sponsored by the 2nd year Webelos, so these should be 2nd year Webelos parents.

• Plan the theme, decorating, and agenda of the meeting.

• Secure AND ENSURE attendance of Order of the Arrow Boy Scouts for the ceremony.
