Pack 479 Annual Pack Picnic with the Bear Carnival at Riley Lake Park!
The pack will provide Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers, Hot Dogs, Buns, Condiments, & Lemonade along with plates/napkins/utensils.
We're going potluck style, so we'd appreciate your contribution of sides, salads, desserts, and fruits n' veggies to round out the meal. Please go to the calendar event on TroopWebHost and sign up under "Stuff To Bring".
Please RSVP by May 10 for all scouts, adults, and additional guests in the calendar event on TroopWebHost so we have enough food! Indicate if you have any dietary requests in the comments and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Schedule:
12:00 - Start the picnic at the scout-created Bear Carnival. There will be games to be played, prizes to win, and fun to be had.
12:15 - Annual Parent Planning Meeting and Volunteer Discussion
12:45 - Potluck Picnic
1:15 - Yard Games/Tug of War
1:45 - Clean Up Leave No Trace!
